Winters Fire and Police Building

Housing both the City of Winters Police and Fire Departments in a single Public Safety building, the project is designed to accommodate the next 25-50 years of growth in the city. Western Contract furnished the 34,000 sf facility, including a training room, an city emergency operations center, and a community kitchen for events traditionally held at the station. Calpo Hom & Dong Architects did all the programming and design for the facility.
