Bill Yee – President/CEO
Bill has over thirty years of commercial interiors experience and has held several positions, including roles in facilities management and architectural design. In 1986 Bill launched and implemented Western Contracts entry into technology as one of the first local furniture dealers in Sacramento to fully integrate into a computer aided drafting and design (CADD) environment as a company-wide standard.
Bill’s education and background in interior design and business, and his position as president and CEO allows him to blend his passions for both business and creativity.
Bill continues to evolve his vision for Western Contract in order to satisfy customers’ ever-changing needs and expectations. Because of his broad experience, he has a thorough understanding of how interior spaces and functional needs continue to evolve with technology and how we work.
Bill focuses on creating strong relationships with employees, customers, suppliers and key industry partners along with his commitment to the community are part of his DNA in continual improvement in learning and engagement. Bill is an example of organic growth within an organization and firmly supports that philosophy for all employees to grow within the organization.
Brent Kringle – C.O.O.
Brent Kringle joined Western Contract in 1991. He began his career as a furniture installer and quickly advanced through the Installation Department ranks to his current position as Chief Operating Officer. As COO, he leads our Services, Design, and Project Coordination teams. He continually looks for ways to optimize our processes to improve efficiency. Additionally, because of his services background and attention to detail, he often steps in to manage some of our largest projects.
Brent spends much of his free time working in the community mentoring Middle School students. He loves the potential they have to make a difference in the world and gets great satisfaction as he sees them make wise decisions that impact others and lead them on the path towards success.
Dave Roelofs – Field Manager and Crew Leader
In Dave’s 30 plus years with Western Contract he has established himself as an installation leader of the highest standard. Dave focuses on best practices and all the details that make his installations exceed all expectations. He extends his superior quality and customer service to every project, whether it is one private office, 2500 stations or more. He successfully manages his installation resources to keep projects moving forward swiftly and efficiently. Dave’s many years of experience have also established him as a skilled problem solver, and he is able to work through challenges with ease. His extensive portfolio includes his outstanding leadership on the 1200 workstation CalSTRS installation and the Franchise Tax Board project multi-phase project which involved 2,500 new stations and 3,900 reconfigured stations.
Kim Ibarra – Controller
Kim Ibarra joined Western Contract in 2014. She has held a CPA license in Washington State since 1991 and has sole responsibility for accounting guidance, financial statement issuance and management of all financial matters for the Company. After spending nearly three decades in accounting – tax, auditing, non-profit, manufacturing, professional services and SEC reporting – Kim knows that trusted figures are based on solid systems of internal controls, repeated verifications and outside independent corroboration with like professionals. As well, she is able to easily communicate this information to upper management in a manner that is useful for strategic planning, projecting and driving the direction of the company’s future.
Kim holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Central Washington University. Additionally, she volunteers for the non-profit organization VITA, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program during tax season for the under-served. She and her family moved here from Seattle in 2014 to find the sun and enjoy Sacramento’s regional leisure opportunities.
Teri Crisanty – Sales Director
Teri joined Western Contract in 2011 as a Business Development Manager, and was quickly promoted to Director of Sales after her first year of service with Western. With over 27 years of design, management and sales experience, rest assured that you will receive the expertise and commitment to excellence from her team, needed to meet your project timeline, budget and vision goals.
